So here it is ***2016*** are you saying where on earth did the last year go? Me too!

Time seems to go faster the older we get - which means there is no time to waste to follow your dreams and GO FOR IT!

But it’s important to reflect on the past year and realise what you learnt and how you grew in your personal and professional life, before you can move on.

Do you know what did and didn’t work to enable you to move forward in 2016?

There’s a famous quote by Tony Robbins ‘if you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always got’

Is it time to step out of your comfort zone, move through the discomfort, and start heading towards the life and business you imagine for yourself this year?

Whilst I look back over 2015 and know that my events company wasn’t making my heart sing anymore, it took courage to pull the plug on paying clients and launch a more fulfilling coaching career with bigger plans.

If you are sitting there with an inner knowing that you have more to give, but have a ton of fears, blocks and decisions you are putting in your own way that will move you towards your goals, rest assured you can move through them, (I’ve been there!), and I've shared three tips below that helped me along the way.

Take Action

Nothing happens unless you move towards your goal by taking action. What do you want to achieve, write the steps out, and schedule it in with a deadline. Make it happen!

Learn to say No

If you want the time to follow your dreams, look at where your time is going and learn to say no to the things that aren’t serving you.

What’s your why?

Why are you doing the work you are? How does it make you feel? Does it light you up? Finding your why is the key to a more fulfilling life. You may already have that, but taking the time to reassess regularly is important to being aligned with who you are.

Connect the dots in your personal and professional life this year, feel more empowered and go for your dreams, don't get to the end of the year thinking, I wish I had done....(fill in your blank!)
